Sign up for July 2026 events. Open the banner to register, confirm doubles partners, and learn how our draws work. Each event requires at least 4 entries to proceed, with no limit on total registrations.
How monthly registration works
Pick which events you want for next month. You can join multiple events. Tap a count to see who else has signed up. Gendered divisions require a matching gender on your profile.
Doubles / Mixed: Search for your partner by first and last name or username, pick them from the list, or type their exact username. They will be notified to confirm the request. If someone invites you, you will receive a notification and a Partner Request to accept. Once both players are confirmed, the signup list shows them as a pair (name & name); until then you may see "awaiting partner" for unpaired entries.
The deadline to sign up is the last day of the previous month. On the 1st day of each month, the system builds the tournament draws. Tournaments require a minimum of 4 entries to proceed. To keep the monthly schedule manageable, individual draws are capped at 16 entries (4 rounds) for the Outdoor season and 8 entries (3 rounds) for the Indoor season. There is no limit on total registrations—if entries exceed these caps, the system automatically creates additional draws to accommodate everyone.
Your profile city must match the location for official monthly play (which is Calgary). If signup is blocked, update your city on your profile or contact an admin.
