- Category: Mixed doubles. Single-elimination draw — lose one match and you're out.
- Agree on date, time, and court with your opponent. Play your next round as soon as both sides of your feeder matches are decided.
- New balls are recommended for high quality matches.
- Please arrive no later than 15 minutes after the pre-agreed start time. A delay of more than 15 minutes can be reported as a No-show.
- A No-show can also apply if you tried to reach your opponent to schedule or confirm play but they never replied in good time and the round deadline passes — use Report issue and describe your outreach.
- Meet round deadlines or the match may be closed as Incomplete with a ladder penalty for both sides.
- Either player (or any member of a doubles team) can submit or update a score.
- In the form, choose Mode 1 – 2 sets with 10 pt TB or Mode 2 – Pro set to match how you played, then enter games (and tiebreak points when applicable).
- If the match cannot be finished later (e.g. weather or court time), check Curtailed match, enter the score as it stood, and save — whoever is ahead wins; the other side is tagged curtailed.
- Use Report issue on a match for score disputes, to report a No-show (more than 15 minutes late without agreement, or you reached out but your opponent did not respond in good time and the round deadline passed), or, if a curtailed result is wrong, to choose Score issue.
